Data Entry Analyst (Freshers can apply)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Support Digital Operations team by entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately. The role is well-suited for freshers or early-career candidates comfortable working on computers.

The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and able to work consistently on repetitive tasks. No prior industry experience is required - computer skills, language skills, and a willingness to learn are key.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Perform online research and collect required information based on provided guidelines.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain structured records and documentation.
  • Follow defined processes and instructions for daily tasks.
  • Identify and report data errors or inconsistencies.
  • Support the team with additional data-related tasks as required.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
  • Good computer skills and comfort working on desktops/laptops.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets / Excel, Google Docs, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive work.
  • Basic written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

 

Work Location:   Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)

Work Shift: Afternoon Shift - 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Monday to Friday
